Description
This service helps centers to assess their gender issues in a practical and thorough manner, including a review of HR policies and practices as well as knowledge, skills and leadership, especially with respect to parity in recruitment, career development and retention. G&D provides a tested set of indicators. Recommended methods include a combination of survey tool and focus group discussions.
