Description
One of the most important services offered, this activity links the center to world-class diversity experts for in-depth diagnosis, analysis and capacity building on a wide range of diversity issues. Each center receives a tailor-made program drawing from cutting edge diversity methods such as appreciative inquiry, cultural values checklists, multicultural organization assessments and more. G&D recommends a series of activities and supports rather than a one-off event. Implications for center policy and practice are included. This service also can be scaled to work with specific teams.
